Fingerprint Request

The Detective Bureau can provide ink fingerprints according to the following guidelines:

• The applicant must be a Westfield resident.
• The applicant must provide the fingerprint cards.  (If necessary, cards can be downloaded and printed by clicking here.)
• The fee is $20.00, payable by cash or check to “Westfield Police Department”.
• Call 908-789-6067 for an appointment.  The applicant will be given the phone number of the Detective assigned to take the fingerprints. 
• All appointments are based on the Detective’s availability and are subject to cancellation in the event of an emergency.  
• Must have government issued photo identification.
